St. James is a tight mix of crisscrossing streets, many of which are primarily residential, although many of the area’s older, larger houses have become office space or been turned into flats.
A flat in St. James is particularly desirable by anyone in London. But that doesn’t mean it’s not worth dropping in if you pass through The Mall, Piccadilly or the Haymarket. St. James is still home to some Michelin-star top restaurants, pubs, and shopping streets, many of which are unique. St. James is an upmarket residential area with some of the highest rents for properties in the city and, in fact, in the world. Amongst the top-class townhouses and in-call apartments are several of Ondon’s classy gentleman’s clubs in what is sometimes referred to as “clubland”. The presence of many clubs and gentlemen makes the demand for escorts very high.
Haymarket features two of London’s best theatres – the Haymarket Theatre and Her Majesty’s Theatre and a few other famous buildings, such as the New Zealand High Commission.
